Couples counselling, also known as couples therapy or relationship therapy, is a type of therapy that is designed to help couples improve their relationships and address any issues or challenges they may be facing. When working with couples I am an objective third party, I provide a safe space where you both can express your thoughts and feelings, supporting you to identify problem areas and gain a better understanding of yourselves and your processes to facilitate choice and change.
