Common Yoga Questions

Have a question about my classes? I've put together a list of frequently asked questions about yoga below. If you can't find the answer to your question on this page please feel free to contact me.

Do I need to bring my own mat?

No, all yoga equipment is provided including mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets and eye pillows, however if you want to bring your own you are more than welcome.

What do I wear?

Be comfy. Leggings, yoga pants or joggers that you can move in. layers so you can remove them if you get hot. Bring warm socks for your relaxation at the end

How long are the classes?

Beginners course classes are 75 minutes, all other classes are 60 minutes

What happens if I cant make class or need to cancel?

If you have booked a class that you can no longer attend you will need to cancel the class as soon as possible. The easiest way to do this is via your account on the New Feelings Yoga website. Cancellation policy is 36 hours*. With 36 hours+ cancellation notice, you can use your class pass or drop in payment for another session. For all classes cancelled with less than 36 hours’ notice, I will look to gift the space to someone in the community who would benefit.

Are you qualified to teach yoga?

Yes, I am a 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, I completed my training in September 2023. I am currently undertaking a 60 hour Chair Yoga Teacher training and next year I will undertake Yin Yoga Teacher Training. I am registered with the Yoga Alliance who foster and support the high quality, safe, accessible, and equitable teaching of yoga.
