Yoga Retreats

Welcome to New Thoughts New Feelings Embodied Retreats

Time away. Time together. Time to come back to yourself.

Retreats are an invitation to step out of the pace and pressure of everyday life and into something more spacious, embodied, and connected.

They offer time to move, rest, eat well, laugh, breathe deeply, and be in community, without needing to perform, achieve, or become anything other than who you already are.

Some retreats are quiet and restorative.
Some are rhythmic, expressive, and energising.
All are held with care, clarity, and attention to pace.

You're welcome exactly as you are.

HOW I HOLD RETREATS

My retreats bring together yoga, embodied movement, shared reflection, and time in nature where possible.

While my background as a psychotherapist informs how I hold group spaces, with attention to safety, consent, and relationship, these are not therapy spaces. There is no expectation to process trauma, disclose personal material, or "work on yourself."

Instead, retreats are spaces for:

  • listening to your body
  • reconnecting with what matters
  • experiencing movement in different energies
  • enjoying community without pressure

They are thoughtfully held, but also warm, human, and real.

THE TYPES OF RETREATS I OFFER

UK Weekend Retreats

Short, nourishing weekends held in beautiful UK settings.
These retreats offer a balance of movement, rest, shared meals, and time outdoors. They're ideal if you're wanting space away without travelling far.

Overseas Retreats

Longer retreats held abroad, allowing for deeper rest, rhythm, and connection.
These experiences offer spacious days with time for practice, relaxation, conversation, and exploration, without rush or intensity.

They are immersive, but never overwhelming.

Day & Half-Day Retreats (Lancashire & Surrounding Areas)

Closer to home, these shorter retreats create accessible pauses within everyday life.
They may include movement, rest, journalling, and shared time together, offering a reset without needing to pack a suitcase.

WHAT RETREATS FEEL LIKE

Each retreat has its own theme and rhythm, but you can expect:

  • A mix of slower, restorative practices and more dynamic movement
  • Time for stillness and integration
  • Shared meals and informal connection
  • Clear guidance with freedom to adapt
  • Space to participate fully or to step back when needed

Some moments may feel quiet and reflective. Others may feel playful, energising, or joyful. There is room for all of it.

WHO RETREATS ARE FOR

Retreats may be right for you if you're:

  • Longing for time away that feels nourishing rather than intense
  • Curious about embodied movement in a supportive setting
  • Wanting community without performance
  • Ready for a change of pace
  • Seeking both rest and aliveness

You don't need previous retreat experience. You don't need to be flexible, confident, or especially "spiritual." Curiosity and openness are enough.

A FINAL NOTE

Retreats are not about escaping your life. They're about returning to it with more clarity, connection, and steadiness.

If something here stirs a quiet yes in you, you're warmly invited to explore further.
