Sessions
Sessions are provided either face to face in Preston or online via WhatsApp
For all services, before we start to work together we will have a phone/zoom conversation where I will ask some questions about what you are looking for and you can ask me anything you wish to know. If we are going to work face to face we will agree to an initial contact session. The contact session is an opportunity for us to meet and for you to get a feel for the environment, this lasts about 30 minutes and is free.
- All therapy sessions are for 50 minutes with sessions taking place on a weekly basis at an agreed day and time. An initial 6 week commitment is required.
- Supervision appointments are for 1.5 hours and take place per calendar month.
- Coaching appointments are between 1 and 1.5 hours with frequency to be agreed.
