Set in the quiet beauty of Ribchester, Hidden Oaks is a sanctuary held between sweeping countryside and luxurious spa spaces, the perfect setting for a deep mid-winter pause. This retreat invites you to step away from the rush and noise of everyday life and settle into an afternoon designed solely for your nourishment.
In the soft glow of the studio, we’ll move through slow, restorative Yin Yoga, giving the body time to unravel and the nervous system space to soften. These shapes, supported with props and guided with intention, offer a pathway back to yourself, to your breath, your inner landscape, and the quiet wisdom you may have struggled to hear through the intensity of the festive season and the start of the new year.
You’ll be held in a warm, women-only space where connection comes gently, and where presence feels effortless.
After practice, enjoy a wholesome vegetarian Buddha Box and snacks, crafted to comfort and replenish. Once nourished you’ll have full access to the beautiful spa with its inviting pool, sauna, and serene relaxation areas, allowing you to cocoon yourself in warmth and stillness. There is even a bar in case you wanted a glass of prosecco or nonsecco.
This retreat is an invitation to feel restored, grounded, and deeply cared for.
A moment in winter to breathe, to soften, and to come home to yourself.
